1. Refund Eligibility

At ConquerFX, we value our clients and strive to provide transparent and fair policies. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1.1. Clients are eligible for a refund of their deposit if a refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial deposit.

1.2. Refunds are only possible if the client has not yet opened their first trade. Once a trade is executed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

2.1. To request a refund, clients must contact our support team within the 48-hour window. Please provide your account details and the reason for the refund request.

2.2. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the request and after verifying eligibility.

2.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial deposit.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirement

3.1. All clients are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) application before they are eligible to trade. The KYC process is mandatory to verify the identity of our clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3.2. Refund requests will only be processed for clients who have successfully completed the KYC application.

3.3. Incomplete or inaccurate KYC information may delay or prevent the processing of a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits

4.1. Once the client opens their first trade, the deposit is considered non-refundable, regardless of whether the 48-hour period has passed.

4.2. Deposits used to access trading systems, educational resources, or any other services provided by ConquerFX are non-refundable after the first trade is executed.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

5.1. ConquerFX reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to all deposits made after the policy change.
