ConquerFX is not a brokerage. We do not trade on behalf of clients, nor do we manage or handle clients’ funds for trading. We provide a platform for traders to demonstrate and develop their trading skills within a simulated environment.

2. No Financial Advice:
The information, education, and resources provided by ConquerFX are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not offer financial advice, nor do we recommend any specific trading strategies, assets, or markets. All trading decisions made by the trader are their own responsibility, and ConquerFX is not liable for any financial losses incurred.

3. Legal Compliance:
ConquerFX offers its services only in jurisdictions where it is legal to do so. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that participating in our programs complies with their local laws and regulations. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Trading Risks:
Trading financial markets, including forex, commodities, indices, stocks, and cryptocurrencies, involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The use of leverage can amplify both gains and losses. Traders should only trade with capital they can afford to lose, and should fully understand the risks involved before participating in any trading activities.

5. Market Data and Information Accuracy:
ConquerFX strives to provide accurate and timely market data, news, and educational content. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on such data or information.

6. Third-Party Services:
ConquerFX may work with third-party providers to deliver certain services. While we select reputable providers, we are not responsible for their actions or the accuracy of the services they provide. Traders should exercise caution and perform their own due diligence when using third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability:
ConquerFX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, losses arising from trading activities, reliance on market data or information, or the actions of third-party providers.

The Unlimited time frame for accounts/evaluations must be seen as a ‘relatively long period of time’, accounts that are not active with trading (at least 1 trade per month) will be listed as deactivated and will be terminated after a 30-day period with no activity. All accounts will be reviewed every 3 months to conclude status. All accounts active and not active in evaluation phase will be closed in the event of company closing. A notice will be sent in the event of mergers/acquisitions and/or in the event of termination of business.
