2. Funded Accounts and Simulated Environment

2.1. All funded accounts provided by ConquerFX are demo accounts operating in a simulated trading environment. These accounts do not involve real capital, and any profits or losses incurred in these accounts are purely virtual. The simulated environment is designed to evaluate trading performance and strategies without the financial risks associated with live trading.

2.2. The performance in these demo accounts does not guarantee or imply similar performance in a live trading environment. Traders should be aware that trading in a simulated environment may differ from live trading due to factors such as market liquidity, slippage, and real-time market conditions.

3. Two-Step Evaluation Process

3.1. To participate in ConquerFX’s funded trader program, traders must complete a two-step evaluation process. This process requires a one-time deposit, which grants the trader access to the following:

Market Data: Timely Charts and price quotes.

Trading System: Access to proprietary trading systems.

Trading Education: Comprehensive educational resources designed to enhance trading skills.

Financial Market News: Regular news and analysis on various financial markets.

3.2. The one-time deposit is non-refundable and is used to cover the cost of providing the above-mentioned services and resources.

4. Accuracy of Information

4.1. ConquerFX strives to provide accurate and up-to-date market news, trading quotes, market data, and information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.

4.2. The market news, trading quotes, market data, and other information provided by ConquerFX may include content from third-party suppliers. ConquerFX is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this third-party information.

4.3. The market news, trading quotes, market data, and other information provided by ConquerFX are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial or investment advice. Traders are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before making any trading decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. ConquerFX shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of using our services, including but not limited to:

Inaccuracies or errors in market news, trading quotes, market data, or other information provided.

Delays or interruptions in the delivery of information or services.

Trading decisions made based on information provided by ConquerFX.

Losses incurred in the demo trading environment or any subsequent live trading.

5.2. ConquerFX works with third-party providers to deliver certain services on our website, including but not limited to data feeds, educational content, and trading platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party providers.

5.3. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that ConquerFX will not be responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the information provided, including financial losses.

6. Jurisdictional Restrictions

6.1. ConquerFX does not provide services to clients in jurisdictions where such services are not allowed by local regulations or governments. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that using our services is legal in their jurisdiction.

6.2. ConquerFX reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for clients in jurisdictions where providing such services would be illegal or non-compliant with local regulations.

7. Account Restrictions and Trading Halts

7.1. ConquerFX reserves the right to halt trading for any trader or account that we believe is abusing the service. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that violate the terms of the demo trading environment, unethical trading practices, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of our platform.

7.2. We reserve the right to restrict account activity for traders who do not adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by ConquerFX. This may include limitations on trading accounts, access to the education center, and other related services.

7.3. ConquerFX may take action against accounts that fail to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to suspending or terminating access to services.

8. Use of Client Information

8.1. ConquerFX reserves the right to use client information to provide and market other services, provided that the client has agreed to such use. We may share your information with third-party partners to offer additional services that may be of interest to you.

8.2. All client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and clients will have the option to opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content, materials, and resources provided by ConquerFX, including but not limited to trading systems, educational materials, and market news, are the intellectual property of ConquerFX or its licensors. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ConquerFX.

10. Termination of Services

10.1. ConquerFX reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

10.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the trader under these Terms will cease, and the trader must immediately discontinue the use of ConquerFX’s services and resources.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St Lucia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of ConquerFX’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Lucia.

12. Amendments

12.1. ConquerFX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes have been posted will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
